Our Company
A Steady Hand Through the Paperwork
Silverpath was built on the idea that retirement planning becomes less stressful when people understand their options clearly, without being steered toward any particular path.

How Silverpath Came to Be
Silverpath was established in Chiang Mai after several years spent observing a consistent pattern: people approaching retirement often had access to plenty of financial products but very little neutral, educational material to help them understand their own situation first.
The founders — a small group with backgrounds in adult education, HR administration, and public-sector document management — set out to fill that gap. The result is a service that sits deliberately outside the advice industry, focused entirely on information, organisation, and clarity.
Chiang Mai was chosen for its community of both Thai and international residents navigating pension and retirement questions, and for its calm environment suited to thoughtful conversations about long-range planning.
Our Mission
Why We Do This
Our mission is simple: help people feel more at ease with retirement-related paperwork and the broader landscape of decisions ahead of them — without telling them what to decide.
We run evening sessions that demystify common pension frameworks. We help individuals sort and maintain their documents in a logical, accessible way. And we work with employers to build internal retirement resources that HR teams can actually use.
Throughout all of this, our position is consistent: we provide context and structure, not advice. Every attendee or client is encouraged to consult a qualified professional for their personal circumstances.

How We Work
Standards We Hold Ourselves To
These principles shape how we develop content, interact with clients, and maintain materials over time.
Impartiality
Silverpath has no financial relationships with pension providers, insurers, or investment platforms. Content is developed without commercial influence.
Regular Content Review
Session materials and written resources are reviewed at least twice a year against publicly available regulatory and government sources.
Data Privacy
Personal information collected through enquiries and registrations is held securely, not shared with third parties, and handled in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act.
Honest Communication
Where information is general or subject to change, we say so clearly. We do not overstate what our services can achieve.
Accessibility
Sessions are designed to be understandable without financial literacy. Written materials avoid jargon or explain it in plain terms where it cannot be avoided.
Scope Clarity in B2B Work
Every employer project begins with a written scope of work. Deliverables, timeline, and responsibilities are agreed before any work begins.
Our Values in Practice
Retirement Information That Respects the Reader
Pension systems — whether Thai social security funds, occupational provident funds, or personal retirement schemes — involve processes and terminology that most people encounter rarely. When they do encounter them, it is often at a point of transition: a job change, an approaching retirement age, or the task of sorting a deceased parent's papers.
Silverpath works in the space before those pressured moments. The goal is to help people build a working understanding of the landscape while there is still time to consider options at a reasonable pace. This means plain-language explanations of how contribution structures work, what types of documents to expect, and how to organise those documents so they are accessible when needed.
For employers, the challenge is slightly different. HR staff often become the first point of contact when employees approach retirement age and need help navigating their own entitlements. Without good internal resources, that conversation can be difficult for both sides. Our B2B consulting service helps organisations build those resources — handbooks, process maps, and reference guides — before staff actually need them.
Silverpath does not attempt to replace the role of a licensed financial adviser, a lawyer, or an accountant. Those professionals provide something fundamentally different: personal, regulated guidance based on an individual's specific circumstances. What we offer is the background knowledge that makes those professional conversations more productive.
