How does the Pension Paperwork Setup Service work?

After an initial conversation about the documents you have, we help you create a logical filing structure — physical, digital, or both — along with a checklist of what is typically needed and a simple routine for keeping it current. We do not review the content of your documents for regulatory compliance or advise on their terms.

What is included in the B2B consulting project?

We work with your HR team to understand what information employees ask about most during the lead-up to retirement. From there we produce a handbook and, where useful, process maps that HR staff can share or reference. The scope is agreed before work begins; typical projects run four to eight weeks depending on the size of the organisation.

Do you offer online or remote sessions?

In-person sessions at our Chiang Mai location are our preferred format, as the group discussion tends to be richer. For the paperwork service and B2B consulting, remote work is possible for clients outside Chiang Mai. Please contact us to discuss what would suit your situation.

Are prices quoted inclusive of Thai VAT?

Prices shown are before VAT. Where VAT applies, it will be noted on the invoice. Payment can be arranged by bank transfer in Thai Baht. For B2B projects, a payment schedule is agreed as part of the project scope.
